PUTRAJAYA – The Court of Appeal today dismissed an appeal by three individuals challenging the then Pakatan Harapan (PH) cabinet’s decision to grant Lynas Malaysia Sdn Bhd an extension of licence in 2019 to operate its rare earth processing facility.
