Regional Office

There are four (4) Regional Offices that are in operation, namely the Northern Regional Office, the Southern Regional Office, the East Coast Regional Office and the Sabah & Sarawak Regional Office. The main role of these four Regional

The roles of these regional offices are to carry out enforcement activities and also acts as a ‘first responder’ to any nuclear or radiological incident/accident happening in their respective regions.

In addition to that, these regional offices provide other services including processing permission applications, advisory services or consultations related to atomic energy activities and emergency responses/radiological events.
